HomeLife housekeepers are carefully screened (including pre-employment background checks and drug screening) and are trained to work in a skillful, professional manner, using care to protect your property.

As a company with true “employees,” HomeLife can legally provide a thorough training program for its housekeepers. Our commitment to quality assurance brings you personnel who take pride in reliable service and customer satisfaction.

Because HomeLife housekeepers are employees rather than independent contractors supplied by a referral agency, we not only furnish the critical protection of workers’ compensation insurance. We also pay all employment taxes, including social security, medicare and unemployment. No HomeLife customer need be concerned about IRS or other government rules and penalties applicable to a “household employer.”

Housekeepers have signed an agreement not to perform any work or services for HomeLife clients apart from the housekeepers’ association with HomeLife. A trustworthy housekeeper will honor this agreement.

Housekeepers who smoke are not to do so inside your home.
